Underneath the deck and behind the walls, 16-inch on-center floor crossmembers and wall posts create an unyielding exoskeleton that resists frame flex and stops floor sagging under load.

   • Screwless Composite Panels: Clad in thick .080″ composite skin utilizing a 100% screwless bonding system. This creates a flat, mirror-smooth exterior that prevents thermal expansion waves (“oil-canning”) and offers a clean canvas for company graphics.

   • BATTLECOAT & Undercoating: Exposed front steel and tongue surfaces are shielded with textured BATTLECOAT polyurea coating to resist gravel dings, while an asphalt emulsion undercoat seals the underside against road moisture and salt.
