6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
Our estimated transit time is 3–5 business days.
The estimated total delivery timeframe is therefore approximately 4–7 business days, depending on the destination and transportation arrangements.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, road conditions, product availability, transportation issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Shipping Container Delivery

Customers purchasing containers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for the delivery vehicle and unloading process.
The customer may be responsible for additional costs resulting from an inaccessible location, failed delivery, storage, redelivery, or special equipment requirements.
Customers should also determine whether local permits, zoning approvals, HOA approvals, or other requirements apply to the placement or use of a shipping container.
8. Custom Products and Modifications
Some products may be available with custom dimensions, modifications, finishes, electrical systems, plumbing, doors, windows, insulation, or other options.
Custom products are prepared according to the specifications agreed upon between the customer and Machinery Connection Inc.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving custom specifications before production begins.
Changes requested after production has started may not be possible or may result in additional costs or delays.
9. Returns and Exchanges
Machinery Connection Inc accepts returns for defective and non-defective products subject to the conditions of our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery.
We also accept exchanges for eligible products.
Returned products may be new or slightly used, provided they meet the applicable return requirements.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and return labels unless otherwise agreed.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns.

10. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned product has been received and approved.
Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.
The final refund amount may be reduced by applicable restocking fees or other amounts permitted under our Return & Refund Policy.
