   The rear roofline is fitted with an aluminum rear canopy flare/spoiler housing two integrated high-output 12V LED loading lights. This floods the rear ramp area with bright white light for safe, easy loading and unloading on late-night jobsites, dark campsites, or early-morning setups.

2. Factory Upgraded 6″ Extra Height (85″ Rear Ramp Clearance)

   Built with 6 inches of additional vertical height, pushing interior ceiling clearance to a full 90 inches (7’6″). More importantly, the rear ramp opening expands to 85 inches of clear height, allowing tall off-road side-by-sides, lifted UTVs, commercial mowers, or tall tool racks to roll straight in without striking the rear header.

3. The “Sweet Spot” 5K Single-Axle Architecture

   By stepping up to a 5,200 lb. braking axle with 6-lug hubs and 8-ply heavy load-range D tires, this setup gives you roughly 3,250 lbs of usable net payload. It allows you to maximize your equipment size and weight without pushing past the towing limits of mid-sized trucks and SUVs (like Tacomas, Colorados, Rangers, or mid-size V6 SUVs). You avoid paying extra toll axle charges, tire wear, and heavy dual-axle deadweight.

4. Heavy Commercial SE Skeleton & 6″ x 2″ Tube Tongue

   To support concentrated 5K single-axle loads, ITI upgraded the subframe. The main tongue is constructed from a massive 6″ x 2″ steel tube, while the floor crossmembers, wall studs, and roof bows are built on tight 16″ on-center spacing. This dense steel cage prevents frame twisting, stops floor deflection, and guarantees long-term durability.

5. Heavy-Duty 2,500 Lb. Ramp Door & Sloped V-Nose

   The rear features an upgraded 250 Series ramp door rated for 2,500 lbs, complete with a 16″ flap extension for a seamless loading transition. Up front, the 24″ sloped V-nose with a 6″ top drop cuts through highway drag to preserve tow-vehicle gas mileage while expanding interior floor length to 163 inches.
