While highly regarded as a specialized commercial car hauler, the Speed Loader series is fundamentally engineered for multi-use equipment versatility.

 

This model completely replaces physical loading strain with a commercial 12V electric hydraulic power tilt cylinder. Operating via a 15-foot push-button remote pendant, the entire deck tilts smoothly to the ground. Built on a heavy-duty 6-inch steel channel frame with drop spring axles, it creates an ultra-low loading profile. Whether you are hauling low-clearance sports cars, commercial zero-turn mowers, large side-by-sides, or heavy machinery like skid steers and compact tractors, loading is completely ramp-free, fast, and safe.

This unit features an enclosed 12V electric hydraulic pump that tilts the entire bed effortlessly at the press of a button. The system includes a 15-foot corded remote control, allowing you to safely monitor the approach angle from off the trailer or right from the driver’s seat of the machine you are loading.

2. Equipment-Grade 16″ On-Center Frame Construction

   To handle more than just cars, H&H builds the Speed Loader on a substantial 6″ structural steel channel frame and drops the floor crossmembers down to a tight 16 inches on-center. This rigid design reinforces the pressure-treated wood deck, ensuring it can support the concentrated wheel and track weight of heavy skid steers, mini-excavators, and compact loaders without warping the underlying chassis.

3. Low-Profile Drop Axles & Reverse Taper Dovetail

   Loading vehicles with low air dams, front splitters, or commercial mowers with low decks can easily result in bumper scrape. H&H coordinates two specific design details to fix this:

   • Drop Spring Axles: Lowers the trailer’s center of gravity and drops the deck height down to a clear 28.75 inches.

   • Reverse Taper-Cut Beavertail: Creates a continuous, seamless transition from the pavement up onto the deck, entirely removing high-centering risk.

4. Turnkey Cargo Security & Recovery Features

   • Deck-Mounted Winch Plate: Comes factory-equipped with a heavy-duty steel winch plate pre-positioned at the front centerline of the deck, allowing you to bolt down a recovery winch easily.

   • HD Tubular Bulkhead: The front features a heavy-duty tubular steel bulkhead to serve as a physical forward load-stop and shield cargo from road debris.

   • Banjo Tie-Downs & Stake Pockets: Stamped banjo eyes and heavy exterior stake pockets run the perimeter of the deck, offering maximum rigging flexibility for commercial transport straps or chain binders.

5. Enclosed Battery Management

   The 12V battery and hydraulic pump are safely isolated inside a heavy-gauge, lockable steel toolbox mounted securely on the wrapped tongue structure. To ensure your tilting power never compromises on the job site, the trailer includes an integrated 5-amp 110V trickle charger—simply plug a standard extension cord directly into the box port overnight to keep the battery system conditioned and fully charged.
